TouchGraph
I've added a little TouchGraph Browser to help find related articles. Of course, there's probably not enough data in the database to perform any sort of proper data mining yet, so I've had to use a pretty naive way of working out if two articles are related (the rule is that if a user files two papers under the same tag then they're linked).

At some point in the future, we'll probably hit the critical mass of articles in the database where this tool becomes useful. At the moment it's probably only good at showing you articles you've already got in your collection (because the overlap of different users posting the same articles is generally quite low).

Still, it's a taste of what might work out in the future. For now it's more of an amusement. TouchGraph doesn't seem to work on Firefox for Mac OS X (at least it doesn't for me), and think there are other signs of it not being 100% bugfree. However, you can see an example of it in its current state here.
